OVERVIEW Welcome to The Vantic Way. Throughout this digital space, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bloom Radiant Inc, operating under the brand name The Vantic Way. Bloom Radiant Inc owns and operates this website and its entire online infrastructure, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).

The Vantic Way utilizes the Shopify platform to provide the e-commerce architecture that allows us to offer wellness and lifestyle tools to you. These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of our Services, including browsing our website, executing purchases, and interacting with our content. By accessing, visiting, or purchasing from our network, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these foundational protocols, you may not access or use the Services. These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and contributors of content.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT STEWARDSHIP

To utilize specific features of our Services, you may be required to register an account. By doing so, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete data during registration and checkout;
  • Maintain and promptly update your information to ensure its accuracy;
  • Keep your account credentials secure and strictly confidential; and
  • Accept full responsibility for all activities executed under your account.

You may not transfer, assign, or sell your account authorization to another party without our written consent. If we determine the information provided is false, incomplete, or violates these Terms, we maintain the right to suspend or terminate your access. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. If you permit a minor dependent to use your account, you remain fully liable for their actions and compliance with these Terms.

SECTION 2 – OUR WELLNESS TOOLS & PRODUCTS

We implement attentive quality control to ensure product descriptions, technical specifications, and imagery are as accurate as possible. However, due to variances in device displays, manufacturing iterations, or supply chain updates, actual product appearance may differ slightly from the provided data. We reserve the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue any equipment or protocol without prior notice;
  • Limit the distribution of products to specific regions, jurisdictions, or individuals;
  • Restrict product quantities or enforce purchase limits per customer.

We do not warrant that product quality, performance, or results will meet your subjective expectations. All representations regarding our products are generalized data and do not constitute guarantees of specific medical or health outcomes.

SECTION 3 – THE ORDER PROCESS

Executing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Bloom Radiant Inc reserves the right to accept or reject any order at its sole discretion. An order is not binding until we transmit confirmation of acceptance and payment is successfully processed. We will refuse or cancel orders if we detect:

  • Fraudulent, unauthorized, or anomalous payment activity;
  • Orders executed for resale or commercial distribution without authorization;
  • Inaccuracies in product specifications or pricing data;
  • Inventory depletion.

You are responsible for verifying all data prior to submitting your order. Once submitted, orders cannot always be intercepted for modification. All returns are strictly governed by our Return Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING

All financial figures are presented in USD unless otherwise specified. One-time acquisition prices may be adjusted at any time without prior notice. Subscription pricing may be updated, with enrolled users receiving notification a minimum of 7 days in advance. You agree to provide valid, active payment credentials at checkout. By submitting this data, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to utilize the payment method and authorize Bloom Radiant Inc to process charges for the total order value, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. If a payment is declined, fulfillment protocols will be suspended.

SECTION 4A – BILLING TERMS (VIP MEMBERSHIP)

If you affirmatively accept the optional The Vantic Way VIP offer during checkout, you agree to enroll in a monthly, auto-renewing membership (the “VIP Membership”). By enrolling, you authorize Bloom Radiant Inc to charge your provided payment method $49.99 USD immediately, and every 28 days thereafter until the subscription is terminated. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to each transaction cycle and a receipt upon successful processing.

You may cancel anytime prior to the next renewal cycle by contacting our support team via our Contact page, emailing contact@thevanticway.com, or calling +1 (888) 851-6728. Cancellations are effective at the conclusion of your current paid term; partial-period refunds are not issued unless mandated by law.

Failed Payment & Retry Recovery Protocol: If a scheduled VIP Membership charge is declined, you authorize our billing system to attempt payment recovery utilizing reduced authorization tiers. Specifically, if the primary $49.99 USD charge fails, we may attempt a recovery charge of $28.95 USD. If that attempt fails, the system may attempt a secondary recovery of $14.95 USD, followed by a final recovery attempt of $4.95 USD. These recovery protocols are executed to maintain continuity of your VIP access and may occur without supplementary notice.

SECTION 4B – BILLING TERMS (ONE-TIME PURCHASES)

If you elect a one-time purchase during checkout and do not opt into the VIP offer, you will be charged only once for the total value displayed. No secondary or recurring charges will be processed against your payment method following this transaction. By completing a one-time purchase, you acknowledge the transaction is fully isolated from any subscription or recurring billing plan.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipments are routed to the destination address provided during checkout. Estimated delivery timelines do not constitute guaranteed delivery dates. Once equipment is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss transfer to the customer. We assume no liability for stolen, delayed, or damaged shipments actively in transit. The customer is strictly liable for any customs duties, taxes, or import levies applied by their local jurisdiction.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content hosted on the Services is the exclusive intellectual property of Bloom Radiant Inc, The Vantic Way, or authorized licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, non-commercial utilization. You are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, or distributing content without explicit written consent.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools which are provided “as is” without warranties. Bloom Radiant Inc assumes no liability for your utilization of third-party tools.

SECTION 8 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS

Our Services may feature links to third-party domains. We do not evaluate third-party materials and assume no liability for your interaction with external networks.

SECTION 9 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

The Vantic Way utilizes the Shopify infrastructure. While Shopify provides the e-commerce architecture, all sales contracts are executed directly with Bloom Radiant Inc. Shopify assumes no responsibility for product fulfillment, refunds, or operational disputes. You expressly release Shopify from any liability related to your transactions with Bloom Radiant Inc.

SECTION 10 – PRIVACY POLICY

Utilization of our Services is governed by our Privacy Policy. As our infrastructure is hosted by Shopify, Shopify may concurrently collect and process data. By utilizing the Services, you explicitly consent to data handling by both Bloom Radiant Inc and Shopify.

SECTION 11 – FEEDBACK

Any suggestions or reviews submitted to our team may be utilized without restriction. You grant Bloom Radiant Inc a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to utilize, modify, or distribute such submissions.

SECTION 12 – ERRORS AND INACCURACIES

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding pricing and inventory, and to update or cancel orders without prior notice, including after order submission.

SECTION 13 – PROHIBITED USES

You are strictly prohibited from misusing the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activity, including deploying destructive code or infringing upon intellectual property. Detection of prohibited conduct will result in immediate termination of access.

SECTION 14 – TERMINATION

We maintain the right to suspend or terminate your access at our sole discretion for any violation of these Terms. Upon termination, all outstanding financial liabilities remains fully enforceable.

SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Services and all distributed equipment are provided “as is” and “as available,” devoid of warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, nor subjective results from product utilization.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom Radiant Inc, its affiliates, and Shopify shall assume no liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, even if advised of such possibilities.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloom Radiant Inc, Shopify, and their affiliates against any claims arising out of your utilization of the Services or violation of these Terms.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision within these Terms is deemed unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain fully active and enforceable.

SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and our posted policies constitute the entire operational agreement between you and Bloom Radiant Inc, superseding all prior communications.

SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. Bloom Radiant Inc may freely assign our rights and obligations without notice.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Bloom Radiant Inc is headquartered.

SECTION 22 – CHANGES TO TERMS

Bloom Radiant Inc reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued utilization of the Services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
