The 30-Day Reflection Window
We provide a 30-day window from the date of delivery to decide if a product is right for you. To be eligible for a full refund, your return must be initiated and dispatched back to our facility within this timeframe. We kindly ask that the return tracking data confirms the package was handed over to the carrier before the 30th day concludes.
How to Initiate Your Return
To ensure your return is handled with care and precision, please follow our guided authorization procedure:

- Receive Routing Details: Once your request is logged, we will provide you with the specific address for our returns processing center. (Please note: Do not send items to the address listed on your original shipping label without prior authorization, as this may delay or void your refund.)
- Secure Dispatch: Carefully package your items and hand them over to your preferred shipping carrier.
Return Shipping & Liability
As part of our transparent process, please be aware that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. The Vantic Way does not provide pre-paid return labels at this time.
To protect your return journey, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your drop-off receipt. As we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit to our facility, sharing your tracking number with our team is the best way to ensure a swift and secure refund process.
Verification & Refunds
Once your package arrives at the Bloom Radiant Inc warehouse, our team will perform a routine inspection. Upon verification, we will immediately issue a full refund to your original method of payment. You will receive an automated notification the moment the transaction is finalized. Please allow for standard banking processing times for the funds to appear in your account.
