Receiving Your Delivery
While we aim for direct-to-door delivery, the final step is guided by your local postal carrier’s security protocols.
- Secure Holds: If a safe location is unavailable at your address, or if your local USPS route requires it, your package may occasionally be held securely at your local post office for personal pickup.

Our 7 to 10-day window is a reliable estimate based on our daily experience. However, the path can sometimes be affected by external forces—such as seasonal high volumes, weather shifts, or carrier disruptions—that are outside the control of Bloom Radiant Inc.
